  • Apply for Name approval ( two names should be ready)
  • Approved name shall be valid only for 20 days i.e. the approved name should be adopted within 20 days otherwise it will not remain available and will have to apply afresh
  • incorporation process should be completed within 20 days with the approved name
  • Application for name approval will be made in Part A of SPICE+ form
  • Fees for application of reservation of name is Rs 1000
  • Apply for DSC of all the directors
  • Collect id & address proof of all the directors
  • Pan card details of all the directors
  • Registered office address along with proof
  • If registered office address is rented then rent agreement & NOC required from the landlord
  • If owned then proof of ownership is required
  • Prepare Objects of the company
  • Photo of all the directors
  • Declaration by all the directors in INC9
  • Consent of all the Directors in DIR 2
  • Spice MOA & AOA
  • Agile pro form
  • After filing all the forms generate PDF copy & save the same in to drive
  • Upload E-forms on the MCA portal
